2024 is closing, and it's very interesting how little I know about my journey. I assume that a few of you know about me at this point β it's been 8 months since I stopped building in public. The reality is, I ran out of runway to continue, so I had to go back to freelancing. Itβ¦

Just ended my 9 day of streak of non-stop focused coding, split between early mornings and nights, total ~7h a day. It's fun to work, but the aftermath definitely requires a long break. Feedback is on its way though, and I'm sure it's gonna be a huge list, which will takeβ¦
How do you build trust? Well, it's a question of what you can do, how you do it, and my personal favorite is how you steer conversations without being outlandish. Earlier, I probably set a world record on how many times I told my client "I can help you" during our 2 hourβ¦

One of my favorite tool discoveries in crafting this script is: Webi β webinstall.dev A tool directory that hosts installers. An installer pulls from the latest release of the official first-party build (as per intro video). Helped me install jq in one line.
Should I daemonize this or use cron? This script scans repo paths on a JSON file, and does a routine git add, commit, push. It best works unsupervised ("auto") In daemonizing, the script keeps running. In cron, it's just scheduled to run ... Open for discussions below:π§΅(1/2)
Phind - @phindsearch worked pretty well for my tiny Bash script. It even adopted how I use a third-party script (jq). All on first try. See it in action:
